Setup instructions require access to a sitecom website. The site address cannot be found by browsers so it is not possible to setup the device. Support requests by email are unanswered.

Have the same problem, but did get an answer on my email:

Have you disabled DHCP server in the settings of WLX-2001 after it was configured? If this was not done please disable DHCP by entering the settings of WLX-2001 and going to Toolbox - IP Management.

Same problem. How can we do this?

With most routers, you should be able to find their IP address by dropping to command prompt (on Windows PCs), and typing: ipconfig [enter]
Look for the "Default Gateway" line, that should be the IP of the router you are connected to. Try that IP address in your web browser to get to its admin interface.

I have a WLX2001 sitecom range extender. I did a factory reset and now the admin admin is not accepted and there is no WPA sticker on the extender. Any advice please?
